In order to improve the overall quality of our customer service and provide a more streamlined business environment for our Intermediary and Professional Clients, we have established a dedicated Corporate Relations Centre (CRC), which is based in Riga, Latvia.

What You can expect:

Prompt response

CRC will respond to your inquiries on the same day. Our business hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 (UTC/GMT +2 hours), Monday to Friday.

Inquiries and orders received after usual hours of business will be processed the next morning.

Orders processing

CRC will process all your orders, for all jurisdictions and all our services (new incorporations, renewals, additional services). You can still order through our website or through Entity Manager. CRC will take it from there.

Due diligence

Yes, it can be annoying. However, we are obliged by the law to collect and verify a due diligence file on every client. We will do our best to facilitate this process for you, as much as legally and humanly possible.

Complaints handling
